We are currently seeking an insurance professional for a Commercial Associate position within our organization. The successful candidate will possess the following:
Experience with Applied Epic an asset
Experience with insurance company portals an asset
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to assist co-workers
Possession of a Level 1 Insurance License

The duties for this position will include, but not be limited to:
Submitting proposals to insurance companies
Processing and invoicing of insurance policies




Issuing and uploading Certificates/Confirmations of Insurance
Updating insurance schedules
Maintaining detailed client logs
Providing personalized service to clients
Assisting co-workers as may be required
