Aptico Supply is an Electrical Wholesale and Industrial Supply company based in Flesherton, Ontario. We stock a broad range of products for Electrical Contractors, Maintenance Managers
and/or Technicians. Aptico Supply is currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join the Flesherton Branch to provide superior customer service.

Job duties include:
Responding to customer inquiries
Preparing pricing quotations for components
Processing Branch Transfers
Processing order entry and expediting orders
Receiving inbound purchase orders and putting product on shelves or preparing them for customer pick up or delivery
Completing product deliveries with a company vehicle (As needed)
Performing other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager

Qualifications include:
Three to five years of customer service experience is preferable
Electrical/Electronics Technician education or related experience would be considered an asset
Valid Driver’s License is required
High attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a multi-branch team and independently
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills




Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to read a multimeter is considered an asset
