About the Role

GN Systems Inc. is hiring motivated and driven Door-to-Door Telecom Sales Representatives to join our growing field team in the GTA and surrounding areas.

This is a field-based role where you will represent leading telecom services directly to residential customers. If you are confident, competitive, and enjoy face-to-face sales, this chance offers strong earning potential and real career growth.

We are looking for individuals who are ready to earn, comfortable working outdoors, and ready to perform in a target-driven environment.

Available to work: Tuesday - Friday 12 pm - 8 pm and Saturday 10 am - 6 pm

Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned territories
Promote and sell telecom products and services to residential customers
Educate customers on available packages, pricing, and promotions
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Track leads and sales activity using the company CRM tools
Attend team meetings and training sessions
Maintain a professional and positive representation of the company

Requirements
Previous sales experience preferred (D2D experience is an asset)
Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence, pass a criminal record check




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Ability to work daytime, evenings, weekdays and weekends
Legally eligible to work in Canada

Qualifications
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets (preferred)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Solid negotiation and closing skills
Basic familiarity with telecom services is an asset
Comfortable using mobile apps and CRM systems

Pay: $35,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
