We areis seeking a highly skilled bartender to join our team! As a premium establishment, we are looking for individuals that meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for creating both classic and trendy cocktails, has a deep knowledge of various spirits and wine, and can provide an exceptional experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Management team to curate and create a cocktail menu seasonally
Prepare and serve an extensive range of beverages, including classic cocktails, craft cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks
Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
Interact with guests to promote menu items and provide recommendations
Communicate and collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Manage cash transactions and POS system
Be able to answer questions about the menu items, including the ingredients and methods of preparation
Continuously update knowledge on emerging trends and beverage industry standards

Qualifications:




At least 2 years of restaurant LEAD bartending experience, particularly in an upscale establishment
Possession of SmartServe certification and experience with POS, ideally Silverware
Robust knowledge of both classic and contemporary cocktail techniques
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
