Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook and Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall food service process. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
Support food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
Assist with plating dishes for service, ensuring consistency and visual appeal
Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts




Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations
Support the team during busy periods by assisting with additional prep work or cleaning tasks as needed

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or food industry roles is highly desirable
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced setting is a plus
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
