Mario's Towing is growing and we are looking to add to our towing family in Kelowna!

We're currently looking for a Part time Central Dispatcher for Graveyard Shift to join our team for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:
Answering phones, emails
Working directly with customers to book tows
Working directly with drivers in all locations, giving call information and clearing
Maintaining Customer Service with Team Members and Customer's

Requirements:
Vehicle knowledge an asset.
Must have computer skills
Able to work under busy conditions
Have excellent communication skills dealing with customers, drivers, co-workers, team members and management.
Able to work without supervision.
Able to work within a team setting
Robust Multitasker and Positive Attitude
Strong Organizing Skill

Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Wage: $21-$23.00 per hour
