Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand to join our agile culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are sanitized and ready for use. Duties
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors, counters, and storage spaces
Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials
Support the overall organization of the kitchen to promote efficiency and safety
Help with setting up dining areas and clearing tables during service hours when needed
Follow all food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations

Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail
Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is advantageous
