No Limits Underground Ltd. is looking for an experienced Winch Cat (Bulldozer) Operator to join our team for utility cable plow operations.

This position involves working out of town on rotation throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and take pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Operate a winch cat/dozer safely during cable plowing operations.
Assist with Clean up and plow support.
Work closely with the plow operator and ground crew.
Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Identify and report mechanical issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
Experience operating bulldozers or winch cats.
Experience working on utility, pipeline, or heavy civil projects is an asset.
Ability to work safely around underground utilities and heavy equipment.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
Valid Class 5 driver's licence (Class 3 is considered an asset).




Able to work long days outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Willing to travel and stay out of town for project rotations.
