Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This energetic role combines guest service excellence with night-time administrative responsibilities, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the accuracy of nightly financial and operational records. As a key face of our hotel, you will create a welcoming workplace, handle guest inquiries, and perform essential night audit procedures to support smooth hotel operations around the clock.

Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout their stay
Check guests in and out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining up-to-date records
Conduct night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring data accuracy
Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks of the premises during night shifts




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to uphold a professional appearance
Prepare and set up breakfast items, ensuring the dining area is stocked, clean, and ready for guests to enjoy.

Requirements
Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality preferred
Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and hotel management software efficiently
Knowledge of guest services standards and hospitality best practices
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Skilled demeanor with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
