Duties
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand as needed
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables
Assist with food handling and preparation tasks when required, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
Restock supplies such as clean dishes, utensils, and cleaning materials to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely dishwashing during service hours




Monitor equipment functionality and report any maintenance needs promptly to ensure continuous operation

Experience
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable, providing familiarity with food service workflows
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling practices is essential for maintaining hygiene standards
Experience working in a hotel or similar hospitality setting can be an advantage, reflecting adaptability in fast-paced environments
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy service times
