We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced Tow Truck Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and transportation services while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities
Operate tow trucks and recovery vehicles safely and efficiently.
Respond promptly to dispatch calls for towing and roadside assistance.
Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles according to company and safety procedures.
Perform vehicle recoveries, winching, lockout services, battery boosts, tire changes, and fuel deliveries as required.
Complete all required paperwork, inspection reports, and service documentation accurately.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicles.
Maintain a clean and skilled appearance of company vehicles and equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service during potentially stressful situations.




Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of towing or vehicle recovery experience preferred.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record (Class 3 license considered an asset).
Experience operating flatbed, wheel-lift, and recovery tow trucks.
Solid knowledge of vehicle loading, securement, and recovery techniques.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Must be available for shift work, weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call rotations as required.

Pay: $40,416.16-$98,306.60 per year
