Duties
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and ensuring all supplies are ready for procedures.
Assist the dentist during various treatments, including exams, cleanings, orthodontics, and restorative procedures.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology to assist in accurate diagnosis.
Manage patient records efficiently using dental software, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
Handle administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, greeting patients as a dental receptionist,



and managing patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards to ensure a sterile environment.

Qualifications
Proven experience in dental assisting with knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
Familiarity with dental software platforms record management.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry for accurate documentation and communication.
Ability to operate CAD systems for digital impressions or imaging is a plus.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
Certification in dental assisting.
