About Us:

GlowPlay is an exciting indoor play space designed for kids to jump, climb, explore, and have fun! We are looking for energetic and friendly Play Leaders to ensure a secure, clean, and fun environment for children and their families.

Job Overview:
Engage with children and families to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Supervise play areas, ensuring secure and appropriate play at all times.
Encourage children to participate in activities and follow playground rules.
Assist with organizing and leading games, activities, and special events.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas, equipment, and common spaces.
Monitor for safety hazards and respond appropriately to incidents.
Provide excellent customer service to parents and guardians.
Assist with party and group bookings, including setup and cleanup.
Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures.

Skills:
Enthusiastic, friendly, and great with kids!




Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stay active and on your feet for extended periods.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
Previous experience in childcare, recreation, or customer service is a plus.
