Duties
Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve their full potential
Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service activities
Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and training programs to enhance team skills and motivation
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations,



cash handling procedures, and store standards

Qualifications
Proven supervising or managerial experience in restaurant, retail or a related workplace
Solid knowledge of POS systems, merchandising
Excellent communication skills, ability to connect with diverse customers and staff
Demonstrated leadership in team management, training & development, and conflict resolution
Ability to handle cash handling accurately and maintain phone etiquette when interacting with customers or vendors
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
