Nail Technician Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in nail care and lash lift (not must), with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitized environment for our clients.

Duties
Perform various nail care services, including regular/shellac manicures, russian manicure, form nail extension, gel overlay and nail art, lash lift, asset if perform face threading.
Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a hygienic setting.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.

Skills




Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and lash lift procedures.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Retail sales experience, particularly in upselling beauty products and services.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques in the beauty industry.

Pay: $17.95-$27.00 per hour
