Duties
Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools to support case preparation and legal decision-making.
Draft, review, and revise legal documents including contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity
Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients, partners, and vendors to secure favorable outcomes
Provide sound legal advice on regulatory compliance, risk management, and organizational policies
Assist in preparing for litigation by gathering evidence, analyzing case law, and coordinating with external counsel when necessary




Maintain organized records of all legal documentation and correspondence for easy access and compliance audits
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure organizational practices remain current

Requirements
Proven experience in legal research.
Robust negotiation skills demonstrated through previous contractual or dispute resolution work
Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents
Solid understanding of legal drafting techniques tailored to various types of agreements and communications
Exceptional research capabilities combined with analytical thinking to interpret complex legal issues
Bachelor’s degree in Law, licensed to practice law in Quebec.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
