Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook and Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks




Ensure all food is stored correctly and inventory levels are maintained
Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen workplace preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or evenings if required
Passion for culinary arts and eagerness to learn recent skills
