We are hiring a motivated, results-driven Roofing & Exterior Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with homeowners, and wants uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior needs
Conduct property inspections and take measurements
Present roofing and exterior solutions professionally and confidently
Close sales and follow up with prospective clients
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM

Products & Services Sold
Roof replacements (retail and insurance claims)
Siding, soffit, fascia, and soft metals
Hail and storm damage restoration




Exterior upgrades and renovations

Qualifications
Sales experience preferred (roofing or construction experience is an asset)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs
Qualified appearance and attitude
