The What
As a Restaurant Server, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience. While this is a dynamic role and may involve supporting other areas when needed, we’re especially interested if you have a passion for hospitality, customer service, and making people feel welcome. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love connecting with guests, we’d love to hear from you!

Greet all guests with a smile

Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times

Be aware of all promotions, specials and current pricing

Make drinks according to our recipes and specifications

Provide food and drinks for guests and servers in a timely and efficient manner

Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‑bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner

Inform guests about current menu and bowling specials and practice suggestive upselling to elevate the dining experience

Record all sales by ringing exact amounts into register, ensure end of day shift report matches revenue sold

Maintain security of all bar supplies and inventory





Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests; keep manager or shift leader promptly and fully informed of all problems

Ensure work areas remain clean, organized and presentable; exceed all Splitsville’s cleanliness standards

Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures

Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book, daily bar counts, and checklists

Other duties as required
