About the Role The Warehouse Personnel repairs damaged CHEP pallets weighing 50-70 lbs, using speed, accuracy, and attention to detail while ensuring safety, security, and productivity requirements are met. This fast‑paced, quota‑driven production environment offers performance‑based production incentives paid monthly.

Responsibilities Inspect, sort, repair, and maintain warehouse pallets.
Contribute to CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture.
Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Adhere to safety, security, and productivity standards.
Qualifications High School Diploma (required).
1-3 years of general labour, construction, carpentry, landscaping, or similar experience.
1-3 years of power tools experience.
Previous forklift experience or certificate (preferred).
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 70 lbs.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Compensation $28.26-29.61 per hour starting wage, with pay increases after probation. Additional pay premium based on shift. Performance‑based production incentives paid monthly.
Schedule Details Address:
2‑559 Annance Ct, Delta, BC V3M 6Y8
Sunday to Thursday. Night shift (11pm‑7am). Full‑time, Permanent, Unionized (Teamsters 31).

Two paid 15‑minute breaks and a paid 30‑minute lunch.
