Dilawri Group inOntariois looking for aWarranty Administratorto join theRegional Accounting team at Bolton Toyota.
Pay Rate: $50,000-$60,000

Responsibilities:

Assesscodes, invoice and submit all warranty claims, and maintain warrantycontrol and rectify warranty schedules for the accounting department

Ensurewarranty return parts are properly tagged, shelved, and secured

Sort andship warranty parts returns when necessary, and report paymentdiscrepancies to the Service Manager





Informstaff of warranty procedure changes and maintain files

Otherduties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

Post-secondarydiploma/degree in any discipline or equivalent experience

A minimumof 2 years’ warranty experience

Basicknowledge of or the ability to understand the mechanics of a vehicle

Excellentinterpersonal, presentation and relationship building skills

Strongorganizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask

Excellentwritten and oral communication skills

Desire toexceed customer expectations
