In this full-time permanent position, you will collaborate with various service providers, helping families overcome health barriers and providing cultural support. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain community trust and relationships
• Provide medical interpretation in English and Inuktitut

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Work or Human Services
• 2-3 years of relevant community health experience
