We are seeking a professional Parts Shipper & Receiver for a permanent full‑time position. This role verifies and records incoming and outgoing shipments, maintains parts inventory, and supports related administrative functions.
Essential Duties Count, weigh, or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Verify information against invoices, orders, and other records.
Determine method of shipment.
Restock shelves.
Maintain inventory.
Maintain warranty parts.
Occasionally deliver parts.
Unpack and examine incoming shipments and correspond with the shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
Ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications.
Ensure back‑stock room is clean and dust‑free.
Maintain a clear and thorough record of all shipments.
