Work in a rewarding part-time Physiotherapist role at South Similkameen Health Centre in Keremeos, B.C. This position uniquely blends outpatient and long-term care responsibilities.

This permanent part-time role (0.59 FTE) allows you to excel in both outpatient rehabilitation and long-term care settings. You'll play a vital role in supporting patients through mobility challenges and enhancing their functional abilities. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will develop therapeutic relationships and personalized care plans, ultimately enriching patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement comprehensive assessments and treatment
• Provide personalized exercise and education plans
• Enhance quality of life through functional maintenance




• Collaborate on falls prevention and rehabilitation strategies
• Engage with patients at various healthcare stages

Requirements:
• Licensed Physical Therapist with CHCPBC in BC
• Valid B.C. Driver’s license
• Skills in patient assessment and cooperative care
• Experience in both outpatient and chronic care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
