You will play a crucial role in the Quality Assurance department, focusing on managing inspection plans and directly interacting with production teams on the Amherst plant floor. This position requires a strong understanding of quality processes, including data infrastructure management for accurate reporting in Power BI and maintaining calibration compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign and monitor quality plans through SAP
• Perform daily floor visits to assess material quality
• Maintain compliance in the calibration program
• Generate detailed performance reports in Power BI
• Participate in internal auditing processes

Requirements:
• College diploma in Quality or related field
• Minimum 2 years in a quality-focused setting
• Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Excellent detail orientation and communication skills
