As a Stretch Specialist, you will design personalized programs that promote client health and retention while leading them in various assisted stretch and recovery methods. You will conduct initial screenings and foster connections that inspire confidence in your clients, ensuring they enjoy their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design protected and effective client stretch programs
• Perform assisted stretching and recovery techniques with clients
• Lead pre-participation assessments and goal-setting sessions




• Support members on the fitness floor with motivation
• Market and provide services related to stretch sessions

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED certifications
• Knowledge of assisted stretching methods
• Able to conduct aerobic activities and lift up to 50 pounds
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
