Job Posting Title: Dispatcher

Time Type: Full Time

Base pay range: $23.00 to $28.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.

Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11pm to 7am

Position Description Summary
Responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of the delivery through a dedicated fleet for freight destined to Ontario markets.



Coordinate pick up and arrival of freight on a time‑sensitive basis to meet customer commitments and specifications. Effectively manage driver complement in concert with transport company contacts. The Dispatcher must also be committed to exceeding client expectations while respecting company policies.

Principal Accountabilities

Coordination of inbound shipments through WMS

Processing of all inbound and outbound paperwork

Tracking of all inbound and outbound shipments through Microsoft Excel and WMS

Inbound appointment booking for carriers via Microsoft Outlook and WMS

Coordinate the movement of trailers through third‑party shunt software

Coordinate the put‑away of received pallets in WMS

Coordinate with inventory / QA team on US import inspection inbound shipments to ensure all documentation is compliant

Work in accordance with all company Health and Safety Policies

Knowledge and Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication skills and familiarity with driver duty hours

Must enjoy fast‑paced setting

Team Player

Familiarity with public warehousing and 3PL operations

Highly organized
