Job Description
You will be working in a non sales commission showroom where you help people choose tile for flooring their home or commercial project. You will work as part of a highly successful team, but you will also need the initiative to work autonomously to meet our customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

Ensure the customer is satisfied and has a positive experience.

Advise and assist the customer on product and design selection.

Provide information about Tile Town products.

Address customer complaints and provide solutions.

Continually review showroom to ensure qualified and clean presentation of Tile Town products.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Store Operating Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Saturday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
