Be a Housing Services Support Worker with Main Street Project, working nights at Furby Street. Assist individuals in achieving independence through holistic and participant-centered approaches.

This 0.6 FTE chance focuses on harm reduction, eviction prevention, and comprehensive support for program participants. Your role includes conducting safety checks, managing resources, and developing tailored programming to enhance resident well-being. A background in human services and a commitment to fostering supportive interactions are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth move-in for community members
• Conduct cleanliness and safety floor checks
• Manage medication and ensure proper documentation




• Create and execute well-being initiatives
• Foster relationships with external support partners

Requirements:
• Experience with adults facing homelessness and mental health issues
• Education in related fields is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Aptitude for crisis resolution and de-escalation
• CPR and Mental Health First Aid certification required
