What You Will Do Respond professionally to customer service and emergency calls.
Listen and assess customer needs and follow‑up as requested.
Complete data entry for service and emergency calls.
Distribute, issue, and monitor service requests to operations teams, locators, and service contractors, and initiate investigations on calls when necessary.
Perform various administrative tasks.
Manage different IT systems.
Act as a reference for requests from Customer Service Representatives.
Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual proficiency: fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing) and competent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Strong work ethic under pressure with minimal supervision; ability to manage priorities and stress.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize.
Strong communication skills and the ability to speak professionally with internal and external customers.
Professional, resourceful, and initiative‑driven.
Valuable knowledge of IT software.




Previous dispatch experience is an asset.
Working Conditions There are various shift schedules for our Workload Coordinator roles:
Day Shift (x2): 35h/week, 7:00am to 3:00pm and 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Evening Shift : 35h/week, 4:00pm to 11:00pm.
Weekend Shift (x3): 16h/week, 7:00am to 3:00pm, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and 3:00pm to 11:00pm.
Night Shift (x2): 32h/week and 24h/week, 11:00pm to 7:00am.
