The Osoyoos Indian Band is looking for a qualified Educational Assistant to support student learning at Senpaq'cin Elementary. You will assist in the implementation of IEPs and be actively involved in promoting independence among students facing learning barriers. Patience and adaptability are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with classroom teachers and specialists
• Assist with school supervision during breaks
• Design IEPs and learning transition plans
• Apply individualized learning techniques
• Document and report student achievement

Requirements:
• Valid BC Driver License (Class 5 or N)
• Teaching Assistant Certificate required
• Familiarity with First Nations culture is an asset
• Successful Criminal Record Check for vulnerable sector work
