About Us
BWell Lounge is a modern wellness clinic opened October 2025 in Newmarket. We’re building a warm, client-centred environment that integrates psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and allied health services. We are seeking a compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, client-focused massage therapy treatments.
Maintain accurate and timely SOAP notes.
Educate clients on posture, wellness strategies, and home care.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team (physiotherapists, chiropractors, psychotherapists).
Uphold CMTO standards of practice and ethical guidelines.

Requirements




Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Professional liability insurance.
Prior clinical or wellness practice experience is preferred.
Robust communication skills and commitment to client care.
New graduates are welcome to apply if motivated to build their practice with support.

Compensation
Competitive fee-split model.
Full administrative, billing, and scheduling support provided.
Access to established client base through clinic referrals and direct billing.

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $59.50-$122.50 per hour
