Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our worksite, supporting the overall operations and ensuring a safe, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate is physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Responsibilities
Perform general manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment
Assist with site cleanup and organization to ensure a secure working environment
Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
Operate easy tools and machinery following safety protocols
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned duties efficiently
Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times




Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not required
Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
Reliable transportation and punctuality are preferred
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different tasks as needed

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
