We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Barista/ team Member (full time).

We are looking for someone who learns quickly, is committed for the long term, and has excellent customer service skills with a confident personality and strong interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking initiative and, over time, managing and leading a team. Previous experience in food, coffee, or hospitality is mandatory.

The café is very busy, we need someone who can handle a heavy workload and peak hours.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a friendly and productive service.
Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash transactions.
Prepare and serve food items while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
Suggest and upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience.
Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and well-organized.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service, especially during peak hours.
Follow food safety regulations and company policies at all times.




Manage time effectively to complete tasks within each shift.

Qualifications
Previous experience in the food service industry is mandatory.
Barista experience
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food service operations.
