We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Erin Mills Paint & Decor. As a key member of our sales team, you will assist customers in finding the perfect products for their painting, decorating, window coverings and more.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide expert guidance on paint, wallpaper, stains, and window coverings.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, handle cash, and process credit card payments
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recent product launches, and advancements in paint, wallpaper, stains, and window coverings.

Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Commute reliably to work
1+ years experience in the industry
Interior Design Diploma/Certificate
Must be able to lift 5 gallon pail of paint (50+ lbs)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $17.56-$23.00 per hour
