Duties
Use hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment to thoroughly clean windows, gutters, and related surfaces.
Must have your own vehicle
Must have your own tools & ladders
Perform heavy lifting tasks safely when removing debris or cleaning materials from gutters or elevated areas.
Conduct routine inspections of windows and gutters to identify areas needing repair or additional attention.
Apply commercial cleaning techniques to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Maintain safety protocols during all cleaning activities, including working at heights and handling equipment.
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on work progress.
Manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.Requirements
Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and commercial cleaning equipment is a plus.
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights safely.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
A positive attitude with a focus on customer service excellence.
Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work in various weather conditions.
