Seeking a driven and results-oriented Certified Personal Trainer to deliver fitness consultations, assess members' goals and fitness levels, design personalized training programs, and grow personal training participation through exceptional service and relationship building. Responsibilities
Conduct fitness consultations, assess members' goals and fitness levels, leading to personal training session sales.
Develop customized training programs tailored to individual client needs and goals
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety during workouts
Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journeys
Track client progress and adjust programs as necessary for optimal results
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and supportive setting
Educate clients on proper nutrition, lifestyle habits, and injury prevention




Maintain cleanliness of training areas and equipment
Manage scheduling efficiently to maximize client engagement and retention
Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices through ongoing professional development

Qualifications
Certification from a recognized personal training organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
Fluent in English; bilingual proficiency in French is preferred
Proven experience in personal training or fitness education
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds
Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple clients and sessions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals

Pay: $30,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
