Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer to join our team on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations while providing exceptional patient care in a professional healthcare workplace.

Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations as ordered by the physician.
Produce high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout each examination.
Review patient history and explain examination procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment in accordance with departmental standards.
Follow infection prevention and control practices.




Collaborate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
Current registration with CMRITO in good standing.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum 6 months of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a rapid-paced environment.
