Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and menu standards
Cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality, presentation, and timely delivery
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware efficiently
Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
Support menu planning by assisting with ingredient prep and portioning for service
Help with catering orders and special event setups as needed




Keep workstations organized and stocked to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Qualifications
Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards
Experience working in restaurants or food service environments demonstrating solid kitchen skills
Knowledge of culinary practices including knife skills, meal preparation, and food safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and serving customers
Prior experience in catering or serving is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
