Requirements:
Minimum diploma in accounting, finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in accounting,



dealership accounting preferred
Excellent current computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel

Responsibilities (included but are not limited to):
Follow and complete all month end procedures with accuracy and efficiency
Issuing of cheques and payment of invoices
Posting vendor invoices
Reconcile vendor statements to invoices posted
Posting credit/debit card settlement reports
Preparing and posting bank deposits
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
Liaise with managers in the dealership and support them in their accounting needs
Reconcile and maintain various accounting schedules
Processing monthly car deals
Maintain up-to-date, complete and systematic filing system to support accounting and financial records

Pay: $46,000.00-$57,100.00 per year
