We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator/Labourer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining safety standards, and supporting quality control initiatives. Rotational Shifts: Days 7am - 3pm , Afternoon 3pm - 11pm, Nights 11pm - 7am (must be adaptable to work all shifts)

Pay rate: $18.00/hr -$20.00/hr, plus 4% vacation pay

Responsibilities
Pack finished products efficiently and securely according to company specifications
Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
Assist with assembly, packaging, and warehousing tasks to support the entire production cycle.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on machine performance and process efficiencies.




Maintain a clean and secure work setting by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting equipment regularly.

Requirements
2+ years previous experience in manufacturing, production or quality is an asset
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and safety standards.
Must have at least 1 verifiable references from previous employment
This role is transit accessible but having a car or reliable transportation is preferred.
