About the Role

The Breakfast Cook Supervisor is responsible for leading the morning kitchen team while preparing high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role combines hands-on cooking with kitchen supervision to ensure effective operations, food quality, cleanliness, and excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare breakfast and brunch menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Supervise and support the morning kitchen team during service.
Coordinate food preparation to ensure timely ticket completion.
Maintain consistent food quality and portion control.
Open the kitchen and ensure all stations are fully stocked and ready for service.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate items that need to be reordered.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health code standards.
Train and mentor new kitchen staff.
Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and reported if maintenance is required.
Assist with prep work, receiving deliveries,



and end-of-shift cleaning.
Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications
Previous breakfast or brunch cooking experience.
Leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Food Safe Level 1 certification (preferred).

Schedule
Morning shifts starting as early as 7:30 AM.
Versatile scheduling available.
