Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time butcher to join our team in Tweed, Ontario. This role involves cutting and preparing beef raised on our family farm, ensuring consistent quality and presentation across all products.

The ideal candidate has robust meat cutting skills, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in their craftsmanship. Experience with whole carcass breakdown is considered an asset; however, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates solid foundational skills and a solid work ethic.

Duties
Cut, trim, and prepare beef products to company standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
Work collaboratively with team members in the cutting room

Requirements
Ability to work well in a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to safely and efficiently use knives and cutting equipment
Previous meat cutting experience considered an asset but willing to train

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
