Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Counter Attendant to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming workplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food handling, cashiering, and customer service while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems
Prepare and serve food items according to safety and sanitation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas,
Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times during food preparation and serving




Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally
Follow all health regulations related to food handling and sanitation

Qualifications
Previous food industry or restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as lifting or carrying items as needed
Familiarity with POS systems
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role

Pay: $18.25-$18.75 per hour
