General Sign Maker (Finishing & Vinyl Application)Job Summary

Behrends Bronze is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented General Sign Maker to join our production team. This position is responsible for the finishing and assembly of high-quality architectural and commercial signage, including vinyl application, sign assembly, packaging, and final quality inspection.

Responsibilities
Apply vinyl graphics to signs, panels, windows, and dimensional lettering.
Assemble sign components using various hardware and adhesives.
Install acrylic faces, LED components, and other sign materials where required.
Finish and prepare signs for shipping or installation.
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
Operate production equipment including laminators, vinyl cutters, and basic shop tools.
Read work orders and production drawings.
Maintain accurate production records.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Assist with other production duties as needed.

Qualifications
Previous experience in sign manufacturing, vinyl application, graphic installation, or production work is an asset.




Robust attention to detail.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Vinyl application.
Sign assembly.
Laminating.
Packaging and shipping.
Reading shop drawings.
Working in a manufacturing environment.
