We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Equipment Logistics Administrator to join our Corporate Head Office in Campbell River, BC. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced settings, this could be the perfect prospect for you.

Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics and track service hours for equipment
Manage inventory and maintenance for cranes, forklifts, compressors, generators, vehicles, and more
Schedule service calls and communicate with foremen, safety advisors, and Directors
Monitor tool and equipment supplies; place orders as needed
Arrange annual Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) for regulatory compliance
Process invoices and match supporting documents (quotes, POs, invoices)
Investigate discrepancies and reconcile supplier statements
Perform accurate and timely data entry

Positive, outgoing attitude and qualified demeanor
Highly reliable and self-motivated




Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups in a fast-paced workplace
Comfortable handling confidential information

Education & Experience
Minimum Grade 12 education required
Post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with accounting software (Sage) preferred
Training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
