Studio Client Services Coordinator (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Contract: October 1st 2026 – October 2027

We're looking for an organized and creative, client-focused professional to join our post-audio production studio as a Client Services Coordinator on a one-year maternity leave contract.

This is an exciting front-of-house prospect to work closely with leading creative talent and clients in an audio production workplace while playing a critical role in shaping the PIRATE SOUND studio experience!

Key Responsibilities: Foster a welcoming and professional client and guest studio experience that reflects the PIRATE SOUND brand and culture.

· Oversee all hospitality and client-facing services.

· Coordinate catering, refreshments and hospitality requirements.

· Communicate session requirements with producers, engineers, and project teams.

· Anticipate client needs and respond quickly to changing priorities and requests.





· Proactively solve problems in a quick-paced environment.

· Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and vendor services.

· Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and expense tracking.

· Maintain hospitality inventories and order supplies as needed.

· Support general office and studio administration.

What We're Looking For: Experience in hospitality, events, office management, or a similar client-facing role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm, professional, and detail-oriented under pressure
A genuine passion for creating memorable client experiences
Experience in a creative, media, production, or agency setting is an asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
