Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tires on a variety of vehicles, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to deliver top-quality service in a rapid-paced workplace.

Duties
Remove and replace tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
Inspect tires and wheels for damage or irregularities and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
Perform wheel alignments and balancing to ensure optimal vehicle performance
Conduct routine maintenance on tire equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency
Assist customers with tire selection, sales, and related automotive services
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
Document services performed accurately in the shop management system




Heavy lifting of tires and wheels up to specified weight limits as required for installation or removal

Skills
Dealership experience or mechanic background preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and maintenance
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and tire mounting equipment
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Knowledge of automotive systems, tire sales, and maintenance procedures
Ability to work in a team environment under time constraints while maintaining attention to detail
