As a Service Advisor, you’re more than a middle person between the customer and the shop, you’re the first point of contact and a trusted guide. You help customers understand their needs, keep them informed, and build the kind of loyalty that keeps them coming back.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process with transparent, friendly communication
Collaborating with techs to ensure repairs are done right the first time
Managing service schedules and follow-ups to keep things running smoothly




Building long-term customer relationships based on trust and reliability

What You Bring:
Experience in RV or automotive service, customer service, or sales
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A calm, professional approach. Especially when things get busy
Passion for vehicles and a desire to keep learning
