Provide efficient, friendly food and beverage service while ensuring an excellent guest experience. Handle both floor service and bar operations with professionalism and speed.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food & drinks promptly
Provide menu knowledge and upsell items/specials
Prepare alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes
Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar, and service areas
Process payments accurately (cash/POS)
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally
Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
Assist with opening/closing duties and stock management
Requirements
Prior experience in serving or bartending preferred
Solid communication and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and food service
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Versatile availability (weekends/evenings)
